Sausage Making Class

You will learn the basics of sausage making. This is a hands on class, where you will prepare herbs and spices, grind meat, stuff casings and twist your final product into sausages. Participants will leave with approximately 2 pounds of the sausage they made at the event, and will have an opportunity to buy shop items at a discount. We tenatively will be making a Oaxacan Chorizo and a Craft Beer Sausage. Great sausages to have for all seasons. Our events are kept small for lots of attendee participation and to get to know your fellow meat enthusiast.
