$2 from each ticket sold is added to the winners chalice, so the more people that attend, the larger the winnings will be.

This is a common misconception!!! Yes, it's near Valentine's Day, BUT it's not just for couples! Think more "Addams Family" vs "Ken & Barbie" � Anyone and everyone is invited to come enjoy the night! We have had MANY single folks find their date at the Ball

Tickets purchased online will NOT be mailed. They will be held at the door under your name.

🌹 What should I wear?
You can wear anything you wish! There is NO dress code to join the Ball. We have many guests that come in full black tie attire as well as cocktail dress, or just jeans and a tshirt. Just remember there is a King & Queen contest with cash prizes!

🌹 Do we have to dress into the theme?
Absolutely not!!! The theme is more for my own inspiration. The theme has no play into the winners of the King & Queen contest, all guests are judged equally.

🌹 How is the King & Queen contest judged?
We have a panel of impartial judges (myself, my husband, the band, the bartenders, the photographers) that get together and decide on the winners.

🌹 Is there food and drink available?
There are complimentary snacks on each table that include snack foods: (chips, pretzels, chocolates etc)
We have a full cash bar with all the goodies including wine, beer, liquor, water and soda
**outside food and drink will not be permitted

🌹 Who organizes this event?
My husband and myself are 100% responsible for this event. We put all of the money and time into organizing, decorating and advertising. We have NO outside funding. Your ticket money goes completely back into the event. We have a few volunteer helpers that we count on but if you would like to volunteer your time, please contact me! Gwen Hebner 814-730-1782

🌹 Where does the money go?
The money goes back to the community through event funding and charity donations. More specifically:
From each ticket sold ...
~ $2 to the King & Queen Contest ($1 to each place)
~ $1 to New Hope Assistance Dogs
~ remainder to cover rentals, food, fees & decorations

🌹 What does this event cost to host?
Simple answer? A minimum of $1800 out of our pocket. We are in year 4 and we have yet to make a profit over $150. That's ok though!! All good things take time 😉 and every year the Ball grows!

🌹 What happens in the event of a cancelled event?
No worries! Your money will be refunded 100% or you can choose to transfer your ticket to the next event of equal value.
