Wildlife Untapped: Right Whales at the Brink

Right Whales at the Brink: Stewardship at the edge of extinction, presented by Dr. Charles "Stormy" Mayo.

Stormy Mayo, senior scientist and director of the Right Whale Ecology Program at the Center for Coastal Studies, will discuss the status of the species and its recent decline, the seasonal arrival of the right whales, and the critical role that Massachusetts waters play in the species uncertain future.

The talk will be extensively illustrated with slides and video taken during research cruises.

Presented by Cape Cod Beer and Mass Audubon's Long PastureWildlife Sanctuary as part of their Wildlife On Tap series.
